This policy explains how Shop83 collects and uses personal information when you shop on a store hosted on Shop83 or run a store with us.

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
• Order details: delivery addresses, the items you buy and your order history.
• Payment details are handled by the payment provider (for example Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, and to let the store you bought from contact you about them.
• To run your account, including password resets and security alerts.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share order and delivery details with the store you buy from, and with the payment and delivery companies needed to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. You can update most details yourself under My Account, or contact us.
