Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use Shop83, either to buy from a store hosted on Shop83 or to run your own store.

Buying from a store

• Each store is run by an independent seller. Your purchase contract is with that store, which is responsible for its products, prices, delivery and returns.
• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. The store may cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable.

Running a store

• Sellers must give accurate product information and fulfil paid orders promptly.
• Plan fees are billed in advance per seller account, cover all stores on that account, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prohibited, counterfeit or illegal goods may not be sold. We may suspend stores that break these terms.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

Liability

Shop83 provides the platform as it is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of independent stores.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
